Bowl or Cup Metzger’s Baked French Onion Soup Served with toasted pumpernickle bread topped with melted Swiss cheese.   Specialty Salads Raspberry Vinaigrette Salad Fresh mixed greens, gorgonzola cheese, toasted slivered almonds, Michigan dried cherries and sweet red onions. Served with our Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing. Nürnburg Wurst Salad Julienned German sausages and cheeses marinated in wine vinegar and spices on a bed of fresh mixed greens. Spinach Salad Served with authentic German hot bacon dressing. Can be served with sliced grilled sirloin. Classic Caesar Salad Crisp, young lettuce, Caesar dressing with fresh grated parmesan cheese and herbed croutons.
