Light noodle-like dumplings served warm over sauerkraut and smothered with onions and melted, aged Swiss cheese.

Metzger’s Wurst Sampler

Sliced Mettwurst and Bratwurst served with crackers bread and mustards.

Creamed Herring

Fresh marinated herring fillets in a sour cream and onion sauce served with crackers.

Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail

Served with cocktail sauce and fresh lemon.

Smoked Trout

Delicate fillets, smoked and served on a bed of lettuce with crackers.

Zwiebel Kuchen (Onion Pie)

Oma’s favorite. A heaping plate of sweet onions baked with eggs, cheddar cheese and spices. We use the best mild, sweet onions. Place this atop some warm pumpernickle bread; it's great.

Chicken Wings

Choose mild or spicy.

Chicken Livers Appetizer

Sautéed in butter and wine and served with natural onion rings.

Mozarella Cheese Sticks

(These are really good cheese sticks!)
